Nothing to tell, with new ownership it was time to leave ASAP. OK, I must say that I had some nice colleagues there, but most have already left or are planing to. End of the company is just a question of 2, 3 years.

New owner with financial resources from who knows from, plus not willing to invest in marketing activities. No sound business strategy. Ecommerce activities are just a copy past of the competition but have no real planning behind it.
