Pros

At the end of the day, it's subjective. Ask the hard questions and, based on the responses, decide for yourself if Technomics is an organization you want to work for. Don't know what questions to ask? See review dated 12/15/14 - those are a good start and will likely lead you to other questions. Be wary of the messenger - make sure you're getting an impartial opinion. I would add a question about EO - how are funds from the ESOP distributed? How are shares of stock allocated to employees? ESOP shares are distributed based on your salary, not your performance - how does that "reward" performance?

Cons

I worked at Technomics for years and truly enjoyed the experience. The recent changes aren't exactly earth shattering. What I mean is that most companies focus on these things. And that's why I left - Technomics is no longer a special place to work. I'm a talented, skilled employee. I can choose where I want to work. Just like you. I want to work somewhere special. A place that truly cares. Technomics used to be like that. Now it's just like most companies out there - congrats, how does it feel to say "yeah, I work at a place that's pretty similar to other places in this industry"? What ever happened to "Good to Great", "Nuts!" and "Joy At work"? Say what you will about some of the people who used to work there, but they got it. A lot of credit is being given to "new" leadership. Was the company losing money before they arrived? Was the stock price suffering? How was morale? What's the answer to those questions today and how do they compare? How is that new leadership doing? I look at my ESOP statement and am grateful that the people who used to be in charge were there because much of the current stock value was built on their backs.
