      Interesting projects and client base, cross-functional teams are pleasant to work with, decent health insurance benefits

      Cons

      Inconsistently enforced, vague expectations; disorganized and ignorant micromanagers that treat individuals like kindergarteners while inadequately recognizing high-quality, valuable work that clients/customers appreciate and effectively leverage; covertly expected attendance to after-hour social events held as a morale boost attempt to make up for below-market compensation

      Pros

      Growth tech stack with many tools to achieve your goals. A lot of support from management and your teammates. Amazing working environment, I met many cool people while at work! Hybrid work schedule with flexibility to work from home! Great office locaiton in the heart of downtown Chicago.

      Pay isn't the greatest New Acquisition makes it hard to get things done fast (lots of process in place)
