Pros

Meritocracy in enter interviews. Some departments have very good climate, full of respect. Position climbing again in some departments and under certain managers is fair and based on person skills and performance. Perks and salary are generally better than market's average for middle and upper position employees.

Salary and perks lower than market's average for entry level employees. Climate in some departments and under certain managers is governed by lack of respect and beneficial feedback. Position climbing in some departments and under certain managers lacks fairness and diversity. In some departments it is considered normal and is expected from employees to stay long after working hours. In those departments good working/life balance is not promoted. In entry level employees this is paired with considerable lower perks than market's average.
