Pros
The hiring process is really fast, The HRs and Business Managers are given bonuses on how many people they hire. So they will rush the process without telling you the details and hire you, After that they will keep on pushing the joining date or just cancel your contract.
Cons
There is racism, sexism and groupism. T&S will make sure that only people from particular race and country gets better contracts and not the rest. If you fit in their mold they will do everything for you. A business manager with the least amount of profit and with the most amount of people resigning from his team will keep the job because he is friends with the boss. Everyone has too much ego about their position
