Pros
After 90 days, employees receive health, medical, dental, and life insurance. Employees also receive a bonus for referring others for positions with the company (if they stay for 90 days).
Cons
Extremely high turnaround rate for any low level position for such a small company. We have lost seven employees in the past six months, and the sales department alone has been been cut from four full time employees to one full time and two temps, despite an increase in workload. Remaining full time sales employee does not have sales background, either! Pay is terrible for any given position as well; no guarantee of any raises or compensation based on competence or length of time with the company.
