Technology Spa is a great company to work for. Had I not relocated out of state, I would still be there. They provided the opportunity to work on diverse projects while my colleagues and management helped me to grow my skill set. Collaborative, fast paced, and also encourages autonomy. Bonus perks for a fun/flexible work environment.

I'm not sure whether or not they offer company sponsored training outside of the workplace, but more information on how to further grow in your role and define a career path within the company would be a great addition to working at Tech Spa.

laid back environment. good for new grads looking to get foot in the door.

management is incompetent. Too many meetings that are unproductive. this is a relatively new and small company which made for a boring job with no upward mobility. not a professional environment but would be a good place for a new grad learning the ropes. low pay
