      Pros

      It was a very laid back atmosphere & the owners were very involved.

      Cons

      Lack of real processes or rules often led to complete chaos. The owners sold a few years ago & I have heard that has changed though.

      great work-life balance, positive team environment, the pay is comparable

      sold to Teletech - work is not the same. Corporate is not friendly
