Pros
-There is a lot of change happening right now. If you want to be the part of an organization that is really attempting to change and start something new, now is the right time to hop on board. -The people here really care about the company. -There is room for experimentation and trying new things. -High quality of work. -Office location is gorgeous.
Cons
-With a lot of change comes some added work. With a smaller staff, there are less people to support the workload. But that should shift within the next year as more people are hired on.
