Pros
You will work with some great people. The Tech Review is a great product and a very good read. Best office location in Kendall Sq Cambridge. Compensation wise, they are not held to the stereotypical restrictions of a non profit EmTech is a great product. Great long term benefits given that TR is a wholly owned subsidiary of MIT.
Cons
Their entire Board of Directors and a portion of their Senior Management Team has gone through significant turnover in the last 2-3 years. They are currently in the process of going through the issues associated with it.
