I never could have imagined the opportunities I’ve been given at TII. What began as an entry-level position has grown into something far beyond what I expected. The leadership and guidance from Senior Management have been truly exceptional. Of course, there have been challenges—there always will be—but I wouldn’t change a thing. Being able to learn from mistakes in a supportive environment has been invaluable. The growth that comes from that kind of trust is immeasurable.
