      Good working setup onsite as there is lunch for all employees, most hours are dayshift hours since they are mostly supporting Australian clients

      Cons

      Tends to be way more considerate of client needs rather than employee welfare

      Pros

      Like other shared services, they just like doing the accounting, HMO and supporting for any government related documents that you'll need to apply for any loans. You'll have work life balance depending if you are deployed with kind and good client.

      Cons

      No increase for de minimis, all are taxable except 13th month pay.
