It’s such a shame as it could be the best job in the world, but the company do not care about how their employees feel, they run satisfaction surveys and do nothing about the results, they have health and safety meetings and do nothing about the suggestions, they have a completely unrealistic set of expectations that it leaves employees no other choice but to fabricate activity, they do not listen to employees concerns, they do not fairly compensate employees for the revenue generated, they have a severely complicated commission package that leaves you scratching your head, you don’t find out your targets until a quarter of the way through the year. They still don’t have processes in place for so many fundamental parts of the business. Staff are leaving left right and centre, it’s a complete mess.
