Good company - Software Development Engineer I Technogram Solutions Employee Review

1 You can't have any pros if you are working in this company. 2 I will suggest you to look for some other opportunity,if you join technogram solutions than you are ruining your carrier,i am again saying you are ruining your carrier think thrice,even their clients says bad about technogram solutions.

1 Full of politics and micromanagement. 2 People don't have manners to talk,old employee think they are boss of this universe. 3. Salary's are not on time. 4 No increments , i had saw people working here for more than 2 years still they did not get any increments. 5 In this pandemic, higher management (of 2 People) as per their needs sometimes says come to office and some times says do work from home,they did not even give time for shifting from your hometown to office location. 6 No work life balance they will says 9 hours jobs,but will call you even at midnight. 7 Even they don't have any portal for salary slip,you have to ask for salary slips and if you ask they will ask you are you looking for change. 8 No scope of growth,neither in skills wise nor in monetary terms. 9 They don't have management for decision making whole technogram revolve around 2 people their decision is last verdict you can,t even argue you have to accept that decision. 10. One more thing, in the mid they have asked people to sign a bond of 1 Year they did not informed about this at time of joining this is kind of game technogram solutions can play with you as well.
