      Pros

      This company is suitable for fresh graduates looking for first job. The work is challenging & you will get to learn so much here. There is also a profit sharing bonus every year.

      Cons

      The basic salary is quite low. And the working hours is a bit long from 8am to 6pm.

      Good working environment in term of flexibility

      Cons

      Policy keep changing, its very hard to get claim. Need to travel from Malaysia to SG frequently but no allowance given. Start on 1/1/2024 they are giving amend the policy to give per diem allowance but no procedure given on how to claim those allowance. Then, when want to claim those allowance they keep asking for documentation on travel activity (approval from Managers).
