Pros
Good training for getting into a great industry will pretty much hire anyone, so if your despite for a job...(and then after a year or two you can go get an offer at a place you can actually have a career and support a family) Dir. of Operation is a fantastic person
Cons
awful benefits poor base pay, not very good commission, horrible recruiting support, very little investment in tools, systems, software, resources etc... small, limited territory aka. opportunity to make sales/commission, horrible executive management. Poor business model, inexperienced leadership, immature environment and culture
