      Pros

      Nice friendly people and a family atmosphere

      Cons

      Everyone, including 10 year vets, are expected to smile and dial for 60+ calls a day. It feels like a step above telemarketing because the people you're talking to don't want to be hearing from you. VERY dated CRM system as well.
