TechniPower offers a traditional inside sales opportunity. We give all of our employees the tools & training necessary to be successful in our industry. At the end of the day it is up to the individual sales person to put themselves in a position to find & close a deal.
Unlike other sales organizations we do not have a quota in place. We feel that the undo stress of a quota is counterproductive to our team achieving their goals. Having said that we do expect everyone to put forth the required effort & energy necessary to have success.
Being able to have 2 solid sales conversations per hour is not an insurmountable goal. However the stress & pressure of a career in sales is not for everyone.
A six figure income requires a six figure effort.
