The nature work is really good and satisfying.
Cons
1) despite high performance & getting good grades by manager, opportunities are given to seniors who may not be deserving. 2) the pyramid is not maintained in the department. there are lots of senior people to lead a project, and a person even after 10 years of experience doesn't have the opportunity to lead a project for next 7-10 years. 3) very low yearly increments.
