Pros
Upper management and owners are really friendly and treat you like family. Managers were open to teach you about the job and the industry. You had a lot of opportunity to learn and grow.
Cons
Not so many opportunities to grow after you reach the management level. Sometimes upper management didn't listen to red flags and recommendations from staff. The work environment in some of the plants was bad, and not friendly.
