      Minimal supervision, good pay, benefits, and personal attention. Also, has great networking that allows switching from one project to another.

      Cons

      Not work at the office, mostly is on-site work. Inclement weather conditions.

      Understanding and kind management Great for people in school Big pay for short periods of work

      Cons

      Constant last minute notification for work (asked at 9pm to be at the site at 530am) At times unclear instructions for vital jobs were given Large gaps between jobs Uncaring co-workers cost jobs Can be seen as "boring" Out in the field, you may be questioned a lot
