      Understanding and kind management Great for people in school Big pay for short periods of work

      Cons

      Constant last minute notification for work (asked at 9pm to be at the site at 530am) At times unclear instructions for vital jobs were given Large gaps between jobs Uncaring co-workers cost jobs Can be seen as "boring" Out in the field, you may be questioned a lot

      Great place to work Excellent opportunity to learn Management could communicate somewhat better, but overall very good employment opportunities

      Cons

      Not enough work/life balance. Need to offer employees more benefits Cannot be expecting employees to work late nights and weekends without appropriate prior notice
