Pros

Convenient Location: The office is centrally located, making the commute relatively easy.

Cons

Poor Management: There is a significant lack of leadership and direction from management. Decision-making processes are unclear and often driven by one person sitting overseas, and if your billing is gone there's little to no support for employees and they'll try all means to get you out. Lack of Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement are minimal. Despite promises of career development, there is little room for growth within the company. The leadership team will give you all kinds of false promises. Uncompetitive Compensation: The salary is below industry standards, and raises are infrequent, If you have done great for 11 months and 29 days and you lose your billing forget about the hike and god bless you. Low Employee Morale: The work environment is often stressful, with low employee morale. There's a lack of recognition and appreciation for hard work. The Bangalore office is managed by a maniac and since he belongs to the factory culture, He feels we are daily wage laborers. High Turnover: The company experiences high employee turnover, which disrupts team dynamics and continuity of work.

1. Management - Annoying CEO, he runs the company with a very typical mentality. Sends messages and voice notes on Whatsapp asking for every day updates, which at time I thought was unprofessional. 2. Fake Board Members - They have a made up Board Members, if you see none of them are actually working for them on LinkedIn. 3. Off-shore support - Entire company is running from off-shore support only, no actual implementation stories they have which makes it hard to sell their services. 4. No Structure of Work - Your reporting manager would be different, and someone who is asking for updates would be different.

Pros

Designation and Payment encourage us to do work. Work culture disappoints developers.

Cons

Always push the developers to work without a properly documented plan. Designation is related to one role, but reality is to do multiple roles related works. Even if your hard work and talent are appreciated, immediately make a plan to confuse developers, and finally tell us aggressively need to focus on Listening Skills and clearly explain the technical aspects to the non-technical persons.
