Pros
My commute was not bad.
Cons
Gossip runs rampant along the halls of Technatomy... "Who's the next to be laid off?" "Who's going to quit next?" "The COO really said THAT in a meeting?" You won't like it here. They'll be friendly at first, but they are sharks... and once they smell blood, all bets are off. Most of the good people who were at Technatomy have left (or were forced to leave!), and the rest are looking to leave. They're hiring all these "Chief Whose-It-Whats-Its" and "Vice Presidents of Whatever" in a sad attempt to save a company that's beyond saving... and isn't even worth saving. The CEO and the COO have run the company into the ground by blaming everyone else around them for their failure. Trust me, if you work here, you'll be blamed for SOMETHING within the first week. Something that probably happened years before you even heard of the company. If you stick around for long enough, you'll get to see the company restructure at least three times in one year. They may even spin up that good ol' "Corporate Culture" initiative again to save face and act like they actually care about their employees. It's adorable. The two guys in charge don't realize that there's one common denominator in this equation, and they're it.
