I had been working from Pune for almost a decade, when I received a call from Techment HR in 2019, asking if I would like to relocate to Bhilai and continue my career from here. Always wanting to stay with family and parents, but due to lack of great opportunities, this came as a pleasant surprise. The Founders of the company have made it a mission to provide a great work place in Chhattisgarh, for native people to return to their base and contribute to the IT space as well as they did from other cities or State. Always open to extend a hand to people based from Bhilai or Indore, the company also ends up hiring some people who may not have direct experience in their domain, and hence a lot of handholding and training is conducted from time to time, sometimes also leading to certain terminations coz of underperformance. The team is close knit; feels like second home. Everyone knows each other, and is emotionally connected. I’m having a real good experience with the organization, and have full respect for the company that is being built, and the opportunities for growth that the organization provides.
