1. The HR team never understands the meaning for “Minding own business” 2. They won’t even call you for their needs. They want you to run behind them, every single time. 3. Arrogant meetings are added advantage 4. Salary can buy you some peas and drive you nuts 5. They like literally never pay what you asked for 6. Can never rely on any senior officials 7. Unless and until you have a sharp tongue and a straight 9+ experience with few industry jargon never join this company 8. The senior management forgot what is known as “work life balance” 9. They are experts at pep talks and have forgotten the real definition of “Cherishing a good resource with peaceful work environment” 10. They have no insurance or good employee benefits. They have a carrom on which you’re not supposed to play, a tea room where you’re not supposed to sit, a monthly deduction from the salary which will be promised as Diwali pay or bonus. High line is that your salary will be deducted for your bonus and will be deducted during Diwali for tax and the rest will be paid off 🤭 11. Don’t even get me started on culture and values. 12. My advice for new candidates, If you love politics, double talks, behind brushes and drama, this place is something to look for 🧐😜 If you have a back bone, straight tongue, sharp attitude consider other places .
