Dear Ex-Employee, Ours is a Diversity Hiring organization, we recognize the best talent from diverse backgrounds. Almost 80% of our Employees have stayed with the company from the start, a strong testament to a long term career path in Techmango. It is not easy to maintain this momentum with a diverse employee background/portfolio without attrition, the reason why we are being able to pull this is because of the maturity model of the organization as well as its employees.
