Pros
If they are in a good mood, they will allow WFH. The people except CEO are nice, especially HR.
Cons
Working at this company has been, without a doubt, the worst decision of my life. When I first joined, things seemed fine, but over time, it became mentally exhausting and took a serious toll on my well-being. The CEO is absolutely disrespectful—completely insecure, unprofessional, even towards his most loyal employees. Instead of leading, he projects his own insecurities onto others, creating a toxic work environment. Despite putting in hard work, I never felt valued. The only positive thing about this company is the people—my colleagues were great, but unfortunately, we were all victims of the CEO’s toxicity. Anyone who has worked here couldn’t wait to leave, and those who did genuinely felt like they had regained their freedom. This place feels like a prison, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not as a first job, not as a transitional job, and certainly not as a last resort. If you care about your mental health, stay far away from this company.
