No Process followed in work. Everything is adhoc. People are overburdened with work beyond limit. Top management is filled with family members of Country Head who don't even know how to work. No appealing package. They try to reduce package on the basis of shares which will be allotted to employee. Yearly appraisals are not so good. A company without any outlook. HR policies are not employee friendly. No work from home No Flexi timing shift timings are from 12:00pm - 9:00 pm (UK Shift) No onsite opportunity Everything is very centralized and all decisions are taken by top person New ideas are not promoted and do not value people who want to do something new No Personal growth. Lack of trainings and workshops Employees are asked to come on Saturdays for which no extra allowance is paid People in the organization including the upper management are not professional at all. Finance department is very week.
