Pros
1. The team that Techknomatic has gathered over time is amazing. A very Supportive, encouraging, and very open culture has been maintained from the CEO and Director to the new joiners. It's a great culture. 2. The HR of Techknomatic is proactive, accessible, and meticulous. This was evident to me during the interview process and even after joining. 3. The company, in general, is growing very fast, hence providing ample opportunities for growth to someone like me who likes fast-paced, and collaborative work. 4. They've maintained a good work-life balance. It is very rare that I have received work emails or calls during post office hours and on weekends. This is very rare in my experience.
Cons
It's a growing startup, hence, any cons I have felt were discussed, worked upon, and resolved very quickly.
