Techgenix provides its employees with several growth opportunities. Bonus letters are issued across the board on the basis of target tasks. Usually, companies provide the bonus structures to Sales Department only. However, here at Techgenix every department is incentivized as per the KPIs tailored according to each individual's job description.
Cons
Some of the employee retention polices are not in the place as of yet which will facilitate retention effectively.
