Pros

If you love challanges this is a good place. Still consider other factors

Cons

- working hours has no limits here. - need to take multiple approvals even for a 5 minute break. - Asking for a leave is like commiting a sin here. Even if you have leave balance - Salary deductions are made at every possible opportunity. For eg: you came 2 mins late, your break extended by 1 min - Every action is monitored via cctv and you get poked for it. - Saturdays are generally working for devs(unpaid) - if you don't show up on saturday, you are fired. - Policies keep changing day by day as per convenience. - Employee retention rate is 0. - Mostly employess either abscond or pay the bond money and leave. - Consider the above before joining.

Pros

You will become an expert in surviving stress, random urgent tasks, and mental torture. Great place if your dream is to work 24/7 and forget your personal life exists.

Cons

Worst company I have ever seen in my entire life. Do not join unless you enjoy suffering. No work-life balance. Daily late-night work, nonstop pressure, and updates every 5 minutes like the company is launching rockets to Mars. HR is completely useless when it comes to employee concerns. Employees leave so fast that new joiners and resignations happen together like combo offers. Management thinks burnout is a productivity tool.No planning, no proper processes, only chaos and panic.Even people on notice period mentally leave before officially leaving.Toxic culture with unrealistic expectations and zero appreciation.

Pros

Working as a React Native Developer here has been a great experience, especially regarding the modern tech stack and the collaborative engineering culture. The team truly values clean code and performance optimization, allowing us to build high-quality cross-platform features that directly impact our users. There is a strong emphasis on staying updated with the latest mobile ecosystem trends, and the environment is very supportive of professional growth and technical autonomy.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, the pace can be quite intense during release cycles. Sometimes, balancing new feature development with the refactoring of legacy code requires extra effort and tight deadlines.
