Good colleagues, there are nice projects to learn and grow , good seniors to learn tech stacks

There are good projects to work on and learn and grow but they don’t give you the chance to work on something amazing and prove yourself , the exit interview was worst and told to keep the laptop and leave on the same day , which isnt a way to exit from any organisation
