      Pros

      The colleagues that you deal with on a daily basis are great, hard working individuals.

      Cons

      Management clearly has apparent flaws everywhere. Toxic culture at times and poor senior leadership team causes the business to suffer. Not an enjoyably employment.

      Pros

      Laid back, great people to work with, monthly lunch on company

      Cons

      Pretty much no room for growth nor getting raises unless you're management it seems. Management is also pretty bad, and people get replaced a lot - not many people quit.. its usually being fired.
