Pros
It was a youthful group we worked mainly from home and communicated using technology. Hours were flexible as long as the work got done. The boss was great to work for. The job was interesting and always something different every day. Got to talk to a lot of different people in a day.
Cons
The pay was low and there was no benefits except for 3 weeks paid vacation.
