Pros
Good for freshers who enter here as programmers (though you'll get fired in 6 months if you don't perform). This is a product based company and the product is good (but not well managed).
Cons
Management and work culture is very poor. Predominantly dev oriented culture and new ideas are not appreciated. They dont know how work is done in IT industry. No processes followed for anything. If you're not a dev, you'll have hard time working here. Everyone who join want to leave as soon as Bond period is over. Poor QA-Dev coordination.
