7yThanks for the feedback. You are right when you say that we hire employees through references. However any candidate goes through a defined process of interview before getting selected. It is always good to consider the references as they onboard faster and stay for longer duration than any traditional hire. Not only hiring, but we always focus in retaining our old employees, as loosing a valuable employee is always a big loss. They are always an asset to any organization.
Being an MNC with 85+ employees mainly serving the UK market, we believe in quality employees rather than quantity.
