Pros

Inclusive Opportunities Coming from an academic background, I never imagined I could transition into the IT industry. However, Techademy recognized my potential and gave me a breakthrough, making my dream a reality. Strength-Based Growth The company identified my strengths and capabilities, leading to a well-deserved promotion from Manager to Lead. This recognition not only motivated me but also reinforced my confidence in my professional journey. CEO’s Personal Involvement One of the most unique and admirable aspects of Techademy is its CEO’s personal engagement with employees. My promotion was personally honored by the CEO himself, which speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to appreciating and valuing its workforce. Employee-Centric Culture During challenging times, such as my health issues and PhD exams, the company provided unwavering support, offering flexibility and work-from-home arrangements. This level of care highlights Techademy’s employee-first approach. Positive Work Environment The overall work culture is nurturing, supportive, and growth-oriented, making Techademy not just a workplace but a community that fosters both professional and personal development. Techademy is more than just a company; it’s a place that identifies talent, nurtures growth, and genuinely cares for its employees. I am grateful to be a part of such an inspiring organization.

Pros

Manager was good, was understanding and helpful.

Cons

WFO, the tasks could've been done from home and not sure why it was required to come to office at night with absolutely 0 amenities, no food, no canteen nothing. They don't payout the incentives
