Pros
After moving from London to Belgium, I was genuinely worried I wouldn’t find a role that challenged me, helped me grow, and gave me real impact... until I came across TechWolf. From the very first interview, I was blown away. The people are incredibly smart, driven, and open to learning. There’s an energy here that’s hard to put into words. Everyone is young, sharp, and humble. It’s a really cool combo that drew me in immediately. I also wasn’t used to going into the office anymore and thought I’d struggle with that. What I’ve realised is... I just hadn’t worked for a company where I wanted to go to the office. At TechWolf, I genuinely look forward to being there. The vibe, the people, the space, it’s all just... fun. So now I go in whenever I can. As a parent of two, flexibility is a must and I’ve had nothing but support and understanding. On the role: We’re a fast-growing scale-up, which means tons of opportunity to take ownership, jump on improvement tracks, and actually see the impact of what you’re doing. I work directly with customers on a strategic product and regularly engage with senior stakeholders. I see the results of my work every single day, and I love it. Something I often missed in consulting. Lastly the culture. We have a Happy Manager (yes, it’s a real job), who is slightly over-enthusiastic about TechWolf merch (I now own enough to fill a closet). Her job is to keep us happy, motivated, and connected and she’s crushing it. From team trips, afterworks, events to awesome workspaces, it’s all about creating an environment where people thrive.
Cons
Can't think of a lot. The only piece of advice I can give is: We’re still growing. Some processes and products are evolving, which means things aren’t always smooth or clearly defined. Delivery can be tricky as the product matures, so you need to be adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented to thrive at TechWolf.
