1. Work on outdated technology (struts 1.x) 2.Tool based company (tool that doesn't use in India, a paid tool) 3. 3 months notice period ( no buyout option, if you are favorite of managers and hr then they will help you to get released in 2 months or so but if you are no one's favorite then you have to serve 3 months notice period nobody listen you) 4. If they got some bad reviews on glass door or somewhere HR force their employees to write some good reviews on that particular site :P
