I don't really connect to most reviews written here.. seems like someone wants to score even :) But I had a wonderful experience at Techtier.. yes, if you are looking at a place where you can act smart, earn well, not work- you will never be satisfied with any company.. But having worked at an MNC, a service based start-up n of course Techtier- I would rank this company above rest.. To name a few Pros: Good Salary packages, Salary paid on time, Management promotes hard-working employees, talent recognition (which most companies lack), compassionate work environment, perfect work-life balance
