      Pros

      Really depends which team you work with and for what brand. But overall TechStyle is a great company with so much potential to do great and a force in the e-commerce space. Their benefits are absolutely amazing. Shoedazzle team is a pleasure to work with. Such a talented group of people.

      Cons

      Former CMO for JustFab was an absolute monster. Constantly talked down on people below. This person's team had 0 understanding for other teams and made other departments feel inferior to them. Bully behavior that forced a lot of other people in their leadership roles to leave.

      Pros

      There are a lot of talented people who work across brands at TechStyle. I learned so much during my time there and appreciated the relationships I built. They reward hard work and promote from within.
