      La sensación de trabajo en equipo, el esfuerzo de todos los integrantes, la ayuda de los compañeros, y el poder acercar el software a otras asociaciones, fundaciones y entidades sin fines de lucro.

      No disponer de más medios para poder llegar a más entidades.

      Work life balance and some tireless colleagues

      Cons

      No direction whatsoever. Chasing CEO's half baked ideas to produce very little of value. Using tech that is decades old and trying to be an authority on nonprofit tech. They give "promotions", which for them means no pay increase but taking on the work of someone who quit.
