Tiny company with no structure - Summer Intern TechRobotix Employee Review

The company has absolutely no company policies. Everyone at the company simply swears at each other all day. None of the employees got any of the respect they deserved, and were constantly yelled at and pressured by the bosses. They also have very little structure within the company, making it surprising that they are still in business. They paid absolutely nothing to the interns, and still expect us to regularly work overtime, even staying until 2AM at times. I've also seen them hire new employees and fire them right before their 6 month probation period ended. All in all, I wouldn't accept a job from this company unless it was my last option
