Pros

Nothing is there, just leave the company if you are working

Cons

They make you sign a 1-year bond, and you cannot break it either before or after the bond period. If you try to leave, they will threaten you with legal action. There is no salary growth at all. You are required to work in rotational shifts, and it doesn’t matter whether you’re working on-site or from home — you are still completely bound by that bond. There are a long list of cons. Just pay attention to the negative reviews, because those are the ones that reflect the real experience.

Pros

This company forces employees to sign a bond contract upon joining and renews it every year, regardless of your experience level. The work environment is extremely harsh, offering no real value for freshers or experienced professionals—if you're unemployed and desperate, this place may feel more like a trap than a job. If you try to leave before the bond period ends, they reportedly file a police case against you. There are known cases reportedly filed in Noida police stations and courts—do your research. Refusing to work on Saturdays or Sundays can lead to sudden termination without any prior notice. This practice is especially unfair and reflects a serious lack of employee rights or respect for work-life balance.

Cons

1- Forced Bond Contracts Every Year: When you join, you’re coerced into signing a bond contract, and guess what? They make you sign it again every year. It feels like a never-ending trap. You're stuck and can't leave without facing severe consequences. 2- Slavery-Like Work Conditions: Once you sign the bond, it’s like you're signing away your freedom. You can’t say no to anything. You’re overworked, underappreciated, and they take full advantage of your commitment to the company. 3-Fake Reviews: The "good" reviews on Glassdoor are all written by the company or forced out of current employees. Don’t be fooled. The reality of working here is far from what those reviews suggest. 4-Threat of Legal Action: If you decide to quit before the bond is up, they’ll file a police case against you. Yes, you read that right—a legal case. You can confirm it at any police station in Noida. It’s a major deterrent for anyone who might want to leave. 5-Manipulative Behavior Before Bond Ends: When you're in the bond period, they treat you like royalty, constantly promising you promotions or better opportunities. But once you’ve signed and are stuck, they couldn’t care less. 6- Limited Leave Options: The holiday calendar is scarce, and even if you need to take a day off, good luck getting your leave approved. They’ll cancel it at the last minute for no reason. 7- Work From Home Forced on Leave: You’re not allowed to take a real break. Even on your supposed "off days," they expect you to work from home. If you refuse, the consequences are...let's just say, you might find yourself facing unexpected termination without any prior warning. This company is a nightmare for anyone who values their time, freedom, and mental well-being. The constant pressure, unreasonable demands, and the manipulation of freshers and experienced professionals is truly disturbing. They’ll keep you tied down with bonds and threats, and if you're not careful, you'll end up spending years stuck in a toxic environment. If you have any other job offers, take them and run! Don’t fall for the trap they lay out for new employees. It’s not worth the mental and emotional toll it takes.
