TechOp Solutions International Response
9yThank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that you’ve had a negative experience with us. TechOp is fortunate to have opportunities that allow us to contribute to making America safe. Our Associates are well educated, highly trained, and work tirelessly to enhance our government’s operational and technical capabilities. TechOp would never blame any issues on our Associates and would encourage any team members feeling that way to take advantage of our Executive Team’s open door policy and reach out directly. TechOp takes great pride in our team. We understand that responsibility resides with the top, but that our successes are directly linked to the hard work of all of our team members.
TechOp is very transparent about the stresses of providing a 24/7 Media Monitoring Capability to our customers. During the interview process, the shift work schedule is discussed in detail with every candidate so that they can take that into consideration should they receive an offer of employment from us. Our PTO benefits, combined with the flexible nature of the shift schedule, are things that TechOp leverages in order to protect the work/life balance of our Associates while also providing the critical services our customers expect from us.
TechOp's HR and Recruiting team maintain a healthy pipeline of interested candidates to prevent any prolonged stresses on the core team schedules in the event of an illness, a departure, or an internal promotion. Additionally, TechOp ensures that all of our cleared Associates are also prepped as back-ups for our smaller teams that are more susceptible to schedule disruptions. It is TechOp's #1 priority to advocate for our Associates in all things, especially those that are supporting our critical media monitoring services.
