Pros

Nothing! Just get hired to get fired! The harder you work, the easier it is to get fired. If you manage to stay longer, your colleagues will probably help you find your next job. Want to know more? Just talk to a person who worked here before — they’ll tell you all about it (as if they don’t have anything better to do). But yes, great friends! We live supporting each other, and that’s the only thing that keeps us going. At least we have a good support system among ourselves, even if the rest feels like chaos.

Cons

I joined this company about a year ago, and life here has been getting tougher day by day, with work-life balance taking a serious hit. Over the past few months, several employees have either left or been removed, and the reasons remain unclear. There are even rumors that the company might shut down soon. The office feels emptier now, like a graveyard of old happy memories, and the weight of unfinished work left behind by former colleagues and seniors is taking a toll on those of us who remain. It’s messy, mentally draining, and feels unfair to be stuck cleaning up after others. If anyone is considering joining here, be prepared to inherit the burden left behind by previous employees, and possibly ours too, if we leave soon. Beware of that. The most frustrating aspect is the CEO’s obsession with developing software that feels more like a tool to exploit employees than to support them. Unrealistic rules are being introduced, like submitting daily reports, working exactly 8 hours a day, tracking breaks and movements, and monitoring every computer. This feels like a blatant invasion of privacy. There’s no room for work-life balance, as everyone is expected to report every minute of their work like slaves. The "Tendon" software they’ve implemented is downright unethical, goes against employment standards, and violates labor laws. It tracks every single minute of work and reports it directly to the CEO. Although they talk about flexibility, no one enjoys being forced to stay at the office for more than 8 hours, sacrificing their personal time for work. If this software spreads to other companies, it could destroy workplaces like a virus. What’s worse is the salary deduction if daily reports aren’t submitted on time or if the total task hours fall short. Managers are given unchecked power, creating a sense of injustice among employees. The only reason many of us stayed this long was the work culture and the freedom and fun we once had—please don’t take that away. The managers, unfortunately, lack independence and simply follow the CEO’s instructions without question. Genuine and ethical managers who truly care about the team are let go, and their money and assets will be stripped off, and they will have to face legal consequences, while those who please the CEO get promoted. It often feels like hiring is done just to fire people later, as if the CEO enjoys playing with others’ lives and time. It’s clear that the well-being of employees is not a priority.

Pros

No pros to say as they have done it so hard for person to connect.

Cons

Tortured for more than year by keeping work from home by judging the employee's personal matters rather than talent and skills Never considered employees' needs Very less salary provided as tricking them by providing a software developer trainee position so that no need to provide basic pay. And there many more fraud things.

Pros

As a passionate developer who started at this company as a fresher and now has over 2 years of experience, I can honestly say that joining here has been the best choice of my career. Looking back, I've seen a lot of growth in my communication skills, client interactions, and development abilities. This is all thanks to the support and opportunities I've received from the company. The friendly work environment encourages teamwork and creativity, allowing me to take on challenging tasks with confidence. I've had the chance to work with talented colleagues who motivate me to improve every day. The guidance I've gotten from my mentors has been really helpful in navigating different projects and solving problems. I've also noticed how the company values its employees and helps us grow. I've been able to learn new skills that are important for my job. I believe that anyone who is dedicated can find great chances to grow and move forward in their career here. It’s disappointing to see negative reviews from some former employees who may not have succeeded in this environment. These comments often focus on personal experiences rather than the overall workplace culture. It’s important to understand that doing well in any job takes hard work and a positive attitude. If you are truly passionate about your work and ready to face challenges, you will find a rewarding career here. This company offers a way to grow not just as a professional but also as a person, and I am excited about what lies ahead.
