I lost my personal life Forced to work over weekends Agile management process - on paper, Slavery management on live. Worst behavior seen in management, Intentionally make you down when time comes. Developers will become Scrum Masters they ruined the system, they don't know scrum things and makes real scrum master and true leaders PIP. Senior people in system were feels like they are Kings others treats like slavers. All policies, processes will be helpful to Organization, it doesn't add any value to Employees. This is the True Fact. When everyone in Techmojo, they will give content to post in Social media. Even I did , don't be fooled like all of us.
