1.NO holidays on festivals like ugadi,sankranthi,etc where all the city is in holiday mode 2.You can take only 3 unplanned leaves in whole year if any extra leave is taken it will be loss of pay 3.No Outings or any type of events 4.Unprofessionl attitude within the management
