Pros
My company takes care of their clients as well as employees. I think that they have a high standard of care and customer service that they hold as a high standard for anyone to reach. I always like that I am striving to reach top level goals. The management look out for the entry level positions as well as higher level positions. I have never met a more encouraging team as well as a team that launches you to being a more knowledgeable and confident person. They never guilt you into staying but push you towards a confident career.
Cons
I think that everyone including management is hard on themselves. At the end of the day, I really don't have anything to complain about: I have the opportunities to work towards, my manager consistently asks me how I am doing and really takes care of me, my work/ life balance is always prioritized, and I get paid what I have been asked to be paid.
